ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

We are a school that unifies academic rigour with intellectual reasoning. We aim to encourage learners to feel the enjoyment that comes from learning and believe in a solid, comprehensive educational methodology that fosters focus and discipline.

Our school employs a life-orientated/study-centred approach, whereby students learn relevant material in the present that will remain of value to them in the future. We also focus on ensuring students attain individual learning objectives to encourage success, which, in addition to providing structured goals, enables learners to work towards gaining admission to top-ranking national and international universities. 

We seek to engage children in continuous learning and development through challenging programmes that are neither too easy, leading to stagnation, nor too difficult, which can cause dejection and frustration. Eleva students learn to enjoy studying and are active participants in discovering knowledge.

LIFE INTELLIGENCE

Academic knowledge alone is not enough to succeed in the modern world.
To live a fulfilled life, learners must have the capacity to understand their environment and how to navigate it. Communication skills, self-awareness and collaboration abilities are fundamental to personal and professional success. For this reason, we have developed the Life Intelligence pillar that explicitly addresses our students' social and emotional needs, both in and outside the school environment.

Creativity

Going beyond the obvious, developing and expressing new ideas or connecting seemingly distant concepts, is an extremely important differentiator. Creativity at Eleva School is fostered both through robust curricula in different art forms - such as music, theater, visual arts and public speaking - and through an innovative technology program involving programming, Maker labs and media production.

GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP

To contribute toward building a better world, our students must learn how to behave appropriately in society and generate a positive impact on the people around them and the planet as a whole.

We believe that citizenship begins locally, and there is value in recognising oneself and others as agents of change. We appreciate diversity and aim to instil responsible conduct among every learner. Furthermore, with freedom of movement an ever-increasing reality, mastering a universal language, such as English, is essential to extend the boundaries of global citizenship.
