Lucy is In her thirtieth year of a dynamic career as an educational leader within renowned international schools such as Chapel. She is passionate about supporting students through educational excellence and a firm advocate for research based teaching and learning practices that foster student well being, world citizenry, critical thinking and innovation. She speaks three languages and is proud of a diverse cultural background, having been born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and grown up in California, USA.
Lucy is currently the Founding Head of Escola Eleva São Paulo, Brasil, part of the Inspired Global Education group of premium schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from California State Fullerton, a Master's Degree in Educational leadership as well as a Principal's license from The College of New Jersey. A lifelong learner, some professional development highlights are the Women in Educational Leadership symposium in Princeton, New Jersey and The Klingenstein Heads of Independent Schools Program at Columbia University in New York.
